Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of talent acquisition experience in a complex environment.
• Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, or executive search.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with ability to synthesize feedback.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract talent across the Americas.
• Conduct talent research, market mapping, and pipeline development to support hiring needs.
• Build and maintain talent pools and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and drive recruitment outcomes.
• Champion an inclusive hiring process and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Lead candidates through all stages of the hiring process and ensure a seamless experience.
• Drive interview, hiring, and offer processes, ensuring steps are completed on time.
• Maintain accurate hiring data, documentation and reporting.
