CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. The role leads full lifecycle recruiting, builds pipelines of diverse technical talent, and partners with hiring managers to meet staffing needs across markets.

Ideal candidates will manage candidates through the interview process, extend offers, and ensure timely feedback while maintaining compliant records in the ATS. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4 years of related recruiting experience; travel may be required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads full lifecycle recruiting for high-priority roles and future hiring.
• Develops and maintains pipeline of diverse, technical talent.
• Builds relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintains accurate documentation to ensure compliance and reporting.
• Coordinates offers and onboarding with hiring teams.
