Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. You will lead full lifecycle recruiting, building a pipeline of diverse technical talent and partnering with hiring managers to plan staffing needs.

You will maintain ATS records, provide interview feedback, and extend offers under guidance. No travel is required; this role is hybrid in the United States with opportunities for growth within an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process and develops pipelines for technical roles.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Maintains accurate ATS records and ensures compliance in recruitment activities.
• Prepares applicants for interviewing and coordinates timely interview feedback.
• Delivers timely offers under direction of hiring managers.
