Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process for a diverse set of roles.
• Develops and maintains a pipeline and network of candidates using modern sourcing tools.
• Maintains accurate documentation to ensure compliance with staffing practices and processes.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and coordinate interviews and offers.
