Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. You will lead full lifecycle recruiting, build a diverse pipeline of technical talent, and partner with hiring managers to plan staffing and workforce strategies.

You will document candidate activity, maintain ATS records, coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and extend offers under policy guidelines. Travel may be required based on client needs and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of related recruiting experience.
• Domestic/international travel may be required depending on duties.

Responsibilities

• Leads full lifecycle recruiting for high-priority roles and future hiring needs.
• Develops and maintains a pipeline of diverse technical talent.
• Maintains accurate documentation on candidates, searches and processes to ensure compliance.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce plans.
• Extends offers under guidance of hiring managers and compensation policy; coordinates interviews and feedback.
