Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. You will lead the full lifecycle recruiting process and develop sourcing strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large to promote the firm’s brand.

You will partner with managers to prioritize staffing, prescreen candidates, manage offers, ensure timely feedback, and maintain ATS records and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of related recruiting experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads full lifecycle recruiting across the North America Unit.
• Develops and maintains pipelines of diverse technical talent.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Screens candidates, coordinates interviews, and extends offers under guidance.
• Maintains accurate ATS records and generates recruitment reports.
