CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. The role leads full lifecycle recruiting, builds pipelines of diverse technical talent, and partners with hiring managers to plan staffing for current and future needs.

You will document candidate activity in the ATS, ensure compliance with staffing processes, and coordinate timely offers under the guidance of hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience.
• Experience leading full lifecycle recruiting and partnering with hiring managers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Leads full lifecycle recruiting for high priority open positions and future hiring needs.
• Develops and maintains a pipeline of diverse technical talent and builds relationships with stakeholders.
• Maintains accurate documentation of candidates, searches and activities to ensure compliance.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and coordinate offers and onboarding.
