Job summary

SeaHill Consulting Group seeks a senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for professional and leadership roles. You will partner with executives, hiring managers, and HR to translate business priorities into sourcing and selection strategies.

Responsibilities include managing the candidate experience, building pipelines, conducting evaluations, and guiding offer negotiations with a focus on culture and executive presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience supporting professional, corporate, or leadership-level positions.
• Experience supporting professional, corporate, or leadership-level roles and translating business needs into sourcing strategies.
• Experience presenting candidate profiles, market data, and recruiting recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with executives and hiring managers to define position scope and evaluation criteria.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal pipelines.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and present well-qualified profiles to hiring teams.
• Guide candidates through interviews by detailing organization, leadership team, and process.
• Coordinate interviews across stakeholders and maintain timely communication with candidates and teams.
• Draft communications, provide updates, and manage offer negotiations in partnership with HR.
