10Pearls seeks an experienced Recruiter to lead headhunting and direct sourcing for senior-level and strategic roles. You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and drive market intelligence to attract top talent across markets.

The role focuses on shaping culture, engaging high-caliber candidates, and delivering a personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven expertise in headhunting, executive search, and direct sourcing strategies.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior-level candidates.
• Experience working with ATS and sourcing tools, particularly Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with a keen ability to navigate complex recruitment challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to act independently, exercise good judgment, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with global business cultures and a results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, approach, and engage high-caliber passive candidates through targeted research and networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and target candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to reach senior-level and hard-to-find talent.
• Lead candidate screening and present shortlist of highly qualified candidates.
• Provide market intelligence and candidate insights to hiring managers.
