Job summary

SeaHill Consulting Group is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across executive and non‑executive roles. You will partner with executives, hiring managers, and HR to define needs, create sourcing strategies, and coordinate interviews.

You will deliver a professional candidate experience, build pipelines, conduct thorough evaluations, and guide offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting across HR, business operations, government affairs, public policy, communications, or related functions.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with executives and hiring managers to define scope, qualifications, and evaluation criteria.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal pipelines.
• Conduct comprehensive recruiter interviews and present well-qualified profiles to hiring teams.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with clear information about the organization, role, leadership, and process.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and maintain timely communication with candidates and teams.
• Facilitate candidate debriefs and help managers evaluate qualifications, executive presence, and fit.
• Manage multiple leadership-level searches simultaneously with attention to detail and urgency.
• Draft and deliver candidate communications, interview updates, and offer details.
