Job summary

VSE Aviation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with the Head of Talent and shape our recruitment strategy. You will translate workforce needs into proactive sourcing plans, lead senior leader recruiting, and drive a data-driven, AI-enabled approach across the function.

You'll manage a recruiting team, build strong relationships with business leaders, and own the TA scorecard including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health, while ensuring compliance and a fast,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 4 years in a team lead or manager role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Talent to execute the talent acquisition strategy.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior leader hires and manage external agencies.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Champion AI-enabled recruiting and analyze metrics to drive improvements.
