Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in full cycle corporate recruiting across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with Workday Recruit ATS and social media sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end recruiting plans for assigned positions.
• Lead internship and early career talent recruiting.
• Coordinate job descriptions, interview guides, and assessment criteria with hiring managers.
• Source and manage candidates through recruitment process and update leadership on status.
• Pre-screen and interview applicants to assess fit with Hayward’s mission, vision and values.
