Job summary

NewGround Resources, Inc. in Clayton, MO seeks a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to lead the full recruitment process, from posting jobs to coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate data in Breezy.

You’ll support HR operations and contribute to training initiatives, while partnering with the SVP of HR and hiring managers. Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2–3 years in TA or HR, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with applicant tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or adjacent HR Role.
• Experience working in an applicant tracking systems required.
• Experience supporting recruiting efforts and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full talent acquisition process by creating job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication and maintaining candidate data within the applicant tracking system (Breezy).
• Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews with candidates and members of the hiring team.
• Act as a primary liaison between outside recruiting agencies and hiring managers to ensure clear communication and a smooth recruitment process
• Support the SVP of HR on training and development implementation and tracking for all employees
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team including data entry to HRIS and personnel files.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as apparent.
