Job summary

NewGround is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to drive the full recruitment lifecycle and support HR operations. You will manage postings, interviews, candidate comms, and data within Breezy, while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will also assist in training and development initiatives, maintain HRIS data, and provide administrative HR support to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition or adjacent HR experience.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and coordinating interviews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of employment practices and HR procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage full talent acquisition process: postings, interviews, and candidate data.
• Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews with hiring team.
• Liaise with external recruiting agencies and hiring managers.
• Support training and development initiatives for all employees.
• Provide administrative HR support including data entry to HRIS and files.
