Job summary

NewGround is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, support HR operations, and assist in training initiatives. The role emphasizes candidate experience, data accuracy in Breezy ATS, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The position supports the SVP of HR and contributes to company initiatives, including Sabbatical and comprehensive benefits, while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or adjacent HR Role
• Experience working in an applicant tracking systems required.
• Experience supporting recruiting efforts and coordinating interviews
• Knowledge of basic employment practices and HR procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full talent acquisition process by creating job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication and maintaining candidate data within the applicant tracking system (Breezy).
• Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews with candidates and members of the hiring team.
• Act as a primary liaison between outside recruiting agencies and hiring managers to ensure clear communication and a smooth recruitment process
• Support the SVP of HR on training and development implementation and tracking for all employees
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team including data entry to HRIS and personnel files.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as apparent.
