Job summary

Concert Golf Partners seeks a Recruitment & Retention Manager to lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives across our properties. You will partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop innovative sourcing strategies while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

You will advise managers on hiring, administer HR systems, coordinate benefits, and promote compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Three or more years of progressively responsible experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Employee Relations.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet seasonal and year-round staffing needs.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for all positions, including internships and management roles.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through colleges, workforce agencies, and referrals.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and community events to attract candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a consistent experience across departments.
• Administer HR systems, benefits enrollment, and HR policy compliance.
