Job summary

Team JCK is seeking an Employment Manager who loves building innovative recruiting programs, pipelines, and an engaging candidate experience. You’ll own sourcing strategies, coach hiring managers, and align with People Operations to scale a high-volume recruitment function.

The role focuses on turning culture into an employment brand, improving the candidate journey, and delivering results through data-driven strategies across hospitality and retail environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, employment marketing, or related HR work.
• Experience recruiting both high-volume and professional/leadership roles.
• Comfort using recruiting metrics and data to make decisions.
• Experience with recruiting compliance and HR policies.
• Spanish language ability is highly desirable.
