Job summary

Concert Golf is seeking a Recruitment & Retention Manager to lead talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, internships, and retention initiatives across the organization. The role collaborates with department leaders to develop sourcing strategies, strengthen partnerships, and ensure compliant HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible HR, talent acquisition, or employee relations experience.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS (Paychex experience preferred).
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruitment strategies for seasonal and year-round staffing.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for all positions, including internships and management roles.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through colleges, workforce agencies, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, career expos, and community outreach events.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a consistent onboarding experience across departments.
• Administer HRIS and ATS; coordinate benefits enrollment and open enrollment.
• Educate managers on recruiting best practices, interviewing, and onboarding procedures.
