Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Lead intake meetings with Hiring Managers to align requirements and start dates.
• Post roles in Paycom and approved channels; build pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure SLA adherence; provide recaps.
• Manage background checks, drug tests, and onboarding readiness.
• Maintain hiring metrics and reporting; drive process improvements.
