Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Talent Acquisition leader to drive recruitment strategy and build a high-performing team across the organization. You will partner with leadership to align workforce plans with business goals and oversee end-to-end hiring processes.

You will develop data-driven recruitment programs, implement effective sourcing, and mentor recruiters to maximize staffing quality while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of human resources or recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading recruitment teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and growth.
• Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and process effectiveness.
• Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions.
• Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives, and support career development plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring regulations and maintain audit readiness.
• Analyze recruiting data and communicate actionable insights to leadership; optimize staffing quality.
