Job summary

Nichiha USA, Inc. is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee Talent Acquisition, Development and HR Strategy across multiple sites in the United States.

You will build diverse pipelines, design onboarding, and lead engagement initiatives to improve retention and performance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 4–7 years of progressive HR experience, including full-cycle recruitment, policy compliance, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, employee development, HR, or organizational development.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development for hourly workforce.
• Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing to attract high-quality talent.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment from posting to onboarding with hiring managers.
• Workforce Planning and alignment with operational objectives.
• Onboarding, new hire integration, and programs to accelerate readiness.
• Employee Engagement initiatives and recognition programs to improve retention.
• Performance Management support and LMS administration.
