You will partner with business leaders and employees to translate priorities into effective people strategies, acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

The role requires 7+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of US employment practices, and a background in technology or SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting US-based employees and leaders.
• Strong knowledge of US employment practices and regulations.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US business leaders to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Advise managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Coach leaders on difficult conversations and people management.
• Use HR data and insights to identify opportunities and drive programs.
• Ensure US regulatory compliance and alignment with global People teams.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
