Job summary

Tosoh America is seeking a Senior HR and Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and compensation strategy across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to attract top talent and design competitive programs that drive growth.

This full-time, exempt role reports to the Director of Human Resources and requires extensive HR/TA experience, including leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR and/or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Experience developing recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning strategies.
• Working knowledge of compensation administration, salary benchmarking, and job architecture concepts.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and professional employee populations preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, technical, professional, and management roles.
• Develops and executes talent acquisition strategies aligning with workforce plans.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective recruiting plans.
• Establishes talent pipelines through networking, partnerships, and external recruiters.
• Oversees onboarding and new-hire integration to maximize engagement and retention.
• Collaborates on compensation structures, market pricing analyses, and career progression frameworks.
• Uses workforce analytics to evaluate hiring, turnover, and talent outcomes.
