Job summary

The role focuses on proactive sourcing, onboarding acceleration, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You will collaborate with HR leadership to forecast staffing, manage internal mobility, and improve workforce metrics through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, employee development, human resources, or organizational development.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive recruiting strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Forecast staffing needs and align recruitment with strategic objectives.
• Design onboarding programs to accelerate readiness and retention.
• Lead engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Support performance management and LMS administration.
• Administer internal mobility and succession planning.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide leadership with insights.
• Ensure policy compliance and change management in HR.
