Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC seeks a Senior HR Generalist to act as a strategic HR partner across multiple sites in the United States. You will support leadership with talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development while driving engagement and compliance.

You will lead investigations, uphold HRIS data integrity, and coach leaders to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires 5+ years of progressive HR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field required.
• HR Certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with strong HR business partnership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site senior leadership to deliver HR solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Guide on development, workforce planning, and leadership coaching.
• Participate as a member of site leadership, contributing HR insights on decisions.
• Develop understanding of operations to align HR strategies with goals.
• Lead workforce planning and retention initiatives to reduce turnover.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and cross-functional discussions.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and strong culture.
• Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and reporting for compliance and planning.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate compensation data.
