Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR and/or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in TA/HR.
• Experience building recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across the organization.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce planning.
• Oversee onboarding and new hire integration, ensuring a positive employee experience.
