Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki is seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to lead employee relations, labor relations, and workforce planning across multiple facilities in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

The role partners with site leadership and union representatives to drive compliance with labor contracts and employment laws while fostering a high-performing workforce through development and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with employee and labor relations.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS/payroll/time & attendance systems.
• Strong integrity, confidentiality, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership across multiple sites.
• Lead employee and labor relations and arbitration preparation.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies across locations.
• Coach managers on performance, discipline, and development.
• Support workforce planning and succession initiatives.
• Administer collective bargaining agreements and labor relations programs.
