Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team at our HQ in Chesapeake, VA. This role focuses on scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate logistics to ensure a world-class experience for every candidate.

You will partner with the executive admin, travel and relocation teams, support onboarding, and maintain data in our ATS/CRM systems. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and is full-time.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination or similar.
• Experience supporting leadership/executives in a large org.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Teams, OneDrive; experience with Ariba/Concur is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams and candidates (in-person, video, phone).
• Candidate logistics including travel arrangements and on-site escort.
• Track candidates' data in ATS and CRM systems.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation and onboarding documents (I-9).
• Invoice and expense tracking for vendor payments and budgeting.
• Coordinate temporary requests with contingent labor vendors.
• Process Cobra reimbursement requests.
• Ad hoc reporting and other duties as assigned.
