Family Dollar is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support the systems, tools, and workflows that power our recruiting function. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, efficient, and data‑driven hiring experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on configuration experience with Workday Recruiting, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support Workday Recruiting, including configuration updates, troubleshooting, and end‑user support
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and IT teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing maintenance
• Manage and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruiting performance and deliver actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across recruiting systems; identify and elevate issues as needed
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify process gaps and drive improvements
• Support compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides
• Participate in system testing efforts for upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Workday Recruiting administrator (required)
• Experience administering CRM tools (preferably Phenom)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Recruiting Pro Certification
• Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or testing cycles
• Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and basic data analysis
• Experience in a high‑volume or retail environment
