You will oversee candidate identification, screening, interviews, and feedback, while building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong market research skills and ability to identify passive candidates.
• Excellent client focus and relationship management across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to feedback collection.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update reports and manage ATS data and related admin tasks.
