Sands Investment Group, a premier commercial real estate firm, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor in Charleston, SC. This strategic role drives corporate growth through full life-cycle recruiting across national offices, focusing on senior sales, leadership, and executive roles.

You will manage sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and recruiter analytics, partnering with leaders to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

4–6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in commercial real estate or executive search firms.
Deep knowledge of commercial real estate markets, terminology, and deal structures.
Advanced expertise in ATS platforms, CRM management, and talent intelligence technology.
Enjoy relationship building and networking.
Exceptional executive presence, negotiation skills, and communication with C-suite stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and ability to drive complex hiring initiatives independently.
Proven track record of success in cross-functional team collaboration and leadership environments.

Responsibilities

Drive and optimize full life-cycle recruiting strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Lead proactive talent sourcing and executive search initiatives through cold outreach, executive networking, and strategic LinkedIn engagement.
Evaluate, screen, and vet high-caliber candidates to maintain a top-tier candidate pipeline.
Manage and streamline the interview lifecycle in partnership with executive leadership and regional office heads.
Leverage ATS capabilities and recruiting analytics to recruit for senior sales, leadership, and operational roles.
Articulate SIG’s value proposition to passive and active talent; deliver an executive-level candidate experience throughout recruitment and onboarding.
End-to-end ownership of recruitment, candidate negotiation, and offer strategy.
Partner with executive leadership and Hiring Managers to align recruitment strategies with overarching business growth targets.
Spearhead recruitment marketing, networking events, and targeted industry campaigns.
Direct university partnerships and top-tier campus recruiting initiatives.
Analyze talent acquisition metrics, reporting, and market intelligence to optimize sourcing strategies.
