Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to support Executive Recruiting. You will partner with hiring leaders to deliver consultative recruiting solutions for complex roles, shaping hiring strategies and improving the candidate experience.

This role is based at our corporate headquarters in the DFW area and requires in-office presence four days per week. As a trusted advisor, you will provide market insights, build diverse candidate slates, manage pipelines, and guide interview

Formación

• 7 to 10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a large corporate or retained search environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop robust slates of candidates for executive leadership roles from proactive talent development, candidate research and passive talent outreach.
• Proven success designing and executing innovative recruiting strategies encompassing proactive sourcing, pipeline development, networking, talent assessment, market research, and job analysis.
• Track record of delivering and executing strategic recruiting initiatives and projects within Talent Acquisition.
• Proven ability to build credibility and strong partnerships with senior level executive leaders and candidates.
• Experience recruiting for a wide range of sourcing-intensive roles requiring creative, proactive, and nontraditional sourcing approaches.
• Highly effective consultation, problem-solving, and strategic advising skills.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions through labor market insights, competitive intelligence, talent assessment and data-informed recommendations.
• Experience conducting skills-based and competency-based candidate assessments.
• Strong stakeholder consultation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize insights and recommendations clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies aligned to business needs and workforce plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing clear market insights, talent recommendations, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Lead effective intake and consultation conversations that clarify role expectations, success outcomes, and hiring priorities.
• Apply enterprise and functional knowledge to influence recruiting approaches and outcomes.
• Monitor labor market trends, candidate slates, and diversity objectives to inform strategy.
• Build and sustain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels, tools, and outreach strategies to engage prospective candidates.
• Partner with Sourcing and Talent Attraction Program teams to support evolving business needs.
• Apply structured, skills-based assessment methods to evaluate relevant capabilities.
• Partner with interview teams to promote consistent, fair, and inclusive interviewing practices.
• Develop interview guides, facilitate debriefs, and synthesize feedback into clear, actionable insights.
• Support inclusive hiring outcomes by ensuring candidate slates reflect diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across Talent Acquisition, HR, and the business.
• Deliver a positive, transparent, and engaging experience for candidates and hiring partners.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in one-on-one and small group settings.
