• Proficiency with LinkedIn, ATS, recruiting platforms, and sourcing tech
• Experience using recruiting metrics and market data to improve outcomes
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices

• Analyze recruiting metrics and time-to-fill trends to drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems.
• Collaborate with external agencies to expand pipelines.
• Support hiring manager training on interviewing and compliance.
