Job summary

You will lead hiring efforts, shape processes with managers, and build a diverse, high-caliber candidate pipeline while staying attuned to industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years in a large corporate environment, specializing in Engineering recruitment (Hardware/Mechanical/Software).
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent social, organizational, communication and negotiation skills, positive attitude and initiative.
• Ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
• Ability to work with urgency in a dynamic, changing environment while successfully meeting objectives.

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic partner to hiring managers to define needs and design hiring processes to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process from source to close.
• Develop and execute on creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of outstanding candidates.
• Get creative to continue to create diversity in our recruiting pipeline.
• Work with hiring managers and HR to ensure job requirements are appropriately set, clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
• Participate in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results and improve customer and candidate experience.
• Be familiar with industry trends, market competitors and unemployment conditions.
• Screen and deliver candidates at top of the funnel so hiring managers only see a strong subset of technically capable candidates.
