Qualifikationen

• Experience sourcing complex, technical roles using modern ATS/CRM tools.
• Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting to leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize hiring across multiple business units with agility.
• Knowledge of modern employment laws and hiring regulations.

• Direct and participate in full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and corporate roles.

• Provide market insights on trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices.
• Monitor TA metrics and analyze data to optimize operations.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate journey and promote the employer brand regionally.
• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and compliance.
