Job summary

Qcells is hiring an on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist in Cartersville, GA. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to plan and execute recruiting strategies and ensure a high-quality candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

You will manage full-cycle hiring activities, including sourcing, resume review, screening, interview coordination, and smooth handoff to onboarding. You will also strengthen employer brand through consistent communication and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to develop and execute tailored sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates using diverse channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, social media, and internal referral programs.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Oversee interview scheduling, maintain clear candidate communications, and support onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing priorities and team dynamics.
• Represent Qcells in the market to strengthen employer brand and candidate experience.
• Stay current on talent acquisition trends, best practices, and employment laws.

In this position, you will manage full-cycle hiring activities including active sourcing, resume review, candidate screening, interview coordination, and facilitating a smooth handoff to onboarding. You will also represent Qcells in the market and help strengthen employer brand presence through consistent, accurate communication and thoughtful candidate engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3 Years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.
