In this role you will support college recruiting, internships and TA Technologies, partner with support and tech teams, manage recruitment technologies, and ensure legal compliance. The position emphasizes project management and collaboration, with opportunities for growth and impactful work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Five or more years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum one year of corporate recruiting experience.
• Strong Project Management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Help implement operational strategies and standardization across QTS.
• Support college recruiting, internships and TA Technologies.
• Partner with support teams to ensure legal compliance.
• Manage recruitment related technologies and reporting.
• Partner with technology teams in identifying system challenges/fixes and testing.
