Job summary

QTS is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in the United States (Duluth, GA) to lead sourcing, screening, and selection aligned with our strategic growth. You will drive recruitment technology strategy, develop robust candidate pools, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires.

The role requires 8+ years in TA/HR, 2+ years in project management, 4+ years with ATS/HRIS, and a Bachelor's degree. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of talent acquisition, human resources, or equivalent experience, ten preferred.
• Two or more years of project or program management experience.
• Four or more years' experience working with Applicant Tracking and/or HRIS Systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who support QTS’s mission uphold our core values.
• Strategic candidate management able to assess complex negotiations.
• Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools.
• Drive Recruitment Technology Strategy to support talent pool development and sustainability.
• Develop sustainable, predictable talent pipelines that result in high quality of hire and low time to fill metrics.
• Provide a high-touch consultative partnership with stakeholders
• Proactively network to build relationships and develop robust candidate pools.
• Provide thought leadership through statistical data and research to generate new and innovative methods for process improvement.
• Represents the QTS employment brand through social media, networking, and other avenues by maintaining a professional presence.
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs, estimated 10% or less.
