Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years recruiting and sourcing experience; 3+ preferred.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing favored.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication.
• Decision-making to set next steps quickly.
• Organized, resourceful, goal-focused.
• Technical knowledge of end-to-end recruiting lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and hires qualified, diverse candidates across multiple workstreams using TA tools.
• Sources, recruits, hires, onboard, transfer, and disposition candidates per policy.
• Gathers info from supervisors to understand open position requirements.
• Manages requisitions across departments/sites to fill positions timely.
• Communicates requisition status to hiring managers and leadership.
• Collaborates with partners to achieve mutual goals.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness across tasks.
• Defines job specs and required competencies with managers.
