Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy seeks a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to design and own the recruiting operations infrastructure. You will partner with HR, IT, and Finance to deliver efficient, compliant processes and an exceptional candidate experience.

Working with the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will drive data governance, reporting, and workforce planning, building scalable solutions for a high-growth healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations or related field.
• Experience owning recruiting ops programs, systems, and initiatives.
• Advanced ATS administration and recruiting tech expertise.
• Strong BI, analytics, dashboards, and reporting experience.
• Experience creating scalable processes and driving improvements.
• Advanced Excel skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven project and change management experience.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive accountability without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition operations, infrastructure, and execution.
• Develop scalable processes, procedures, and governance.
• Establish accountability measures and controls across recruiting.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Identify risks and gaps; implement sustainable solutions.
• Serve as SME for Talent Acquisition Operations; advise leaders.
