Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is hiring a Senior Director of Fulfillment Services to lead and develop Fulfillment, Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse, and Shipping/Logistics teams across Pittsburgh, Canfield, and Collierville locations. The role shapes strategy, drives efficiency, and ensures regulatory compliance, quality, and timely shipments for patients with rare diseases.

You will oversee multiple sites, drive process improvements, and partner with clinical and sales teams to meet growth targets

Qualifications

• PharmD or RPh with an unrestricted license in PA or TN; ability to obtain other state within 90 days.
• Minimum 10 years in pharmacy or healthcare leadership required.
• Experience implementing pharmacy automation technology and building fulfillment centers.
• Ability to manage deliverables in a high pace environment; strong communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 50-75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Fulfillment Services, Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse, and Shipping/Logistics.
• Oversee multiple fulfillment locations and drive growth and efficiencies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and partner with internal teams on process improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high quality standards across operations.
• Manage staffing, performance reviews, training, and mentorship.
• Coordinate with business development on RFP responses and client solutions.
• Plan capacity, facility needs, and licensure continuity across sites.
