Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Operations to manage the TA operations infrastructure, lead the TAC team, and ensure data accuracy across recruitment workflows. You will implement tools, standardize processes, and collaborate with HR, finance, and vendors to optimize performance.

The role requires a strong data-driven mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in talent acquisition systems to support scalable hiring across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, analytics, or related field.
• Minimum five years in Talent Acquisition Operations or related HR functions.
• Experience with restaurant/retail/hospitality setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end TA operations, drive efficiency and compliance.
• Lead and develop TAC associates, ensuring training and quality assurance.
• Maintain ATS and reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs and performance.
• Partner with TA leaders, HRIS, Finance, and vendors to optimize processes.
