Reds Electrical Service Inc in Whitesboro, TX is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting strategies for electrical trades, superintendents and project management professionals. You will partner with operational leadership to forecast workforce needs and strengthen our employer brand.

The role works 8 hours per day, 5 days per week in our Whitesboro office, coordinating full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and advising managers on

Qualifications

• 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical trade preferred.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques.
• Experience with ADP Workforce preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• High level of follow-through.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to customer service.
• Fast-paced construction environment.
• Interaction with internal office staff, superintendents, and project managers.

Responsabilités

• Forecast hiring needs with operations and leaders.
• Design talent acquisition strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Create and track metrics to improve performance.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle.
• Create clear materials for candidates.
• Build relationships with networks, schools and agencies.
• Source passive candidates via social media and outreach.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, coordinate feedback.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection.
• Partner with Marketing to update the Career page and branding.
• Assist onboarding and staffing-related items as needed.
