Qualifikationen

• B.S degree in human resources, business or related field, plus at least three years of HR support experience in talent acquisition.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise using recruitment resources such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization including C-suite executives.
• Knowledge of utility or construction industries and ability to attract specialized talent.

• Partner with business leaders to recruit and hire top talent.
• Champion the lifecycle recruiting process from intake to onboarding for new hires and transfers.
• Represent New River Electrical at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Manage relationships with temporary agencies and recruiters.
• Complete special projects and reporting on talent acquisition KPIs.
• Promote collaboration and effective communication across organization levels.
• Adhere to SOPs and regulatory requirements; drive continuous process improvements.
• Travel for this position is not anticipated.
