Job summary

New River Electrical Corporation is seeking a qualified Talent Acquisition Partner to support HR initiatives in the construction sector. You will lead full lifecycle recruiting, develop broad sourcing strategies, and deliver near- and long-term talent pipelines with KPI reporting.

Qualifications

B.S degree in human resources, business or related field, plus at least three years of HR support experience in talent acquisition.
PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
Demonstrated expertise using recruitment resources such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization including C-suite executives.
Knowledge of utility or construction industries and ability to attract specialized talent.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to recruit and hire top talent.
Champion the lifecycle recruiting process from intake to onboarding for new hires and transfers.
Represent New River Electrical at job fairs and recruiting events.
Manage relationships with temporary agencies and recruiters.
Complete special projects and reporting on talent acquisition KPIs.
Promote collaboration and effective communication across organization levels.
Adhere to SOPs and regulatory requirements; drive continuous process improvements.
Travel for this position is not anticipated.
