Reds Electrical Service Inc in Whitesboro, TX is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for electrical trades, supervision, and project management roles. You will partner with operations to forecast needs, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates across nationwide projects.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, design sourcing strategies, create candidate materials, and advise hiring managers.

Formación

• 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical trade preferred.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques.
• Experience with ADP Workforce preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Develop workforce strategy and plan.
• Forecast hiring needs with operations.
• Design TA strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Create and track recruitment metrics.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and feedback.
• Coach managers on interviewing and evaluation.
• Strengthen employer branding and EVP.
• Collaborate with Marketing on career page.
• Assist with onboarding.
