Job summary

StratasCorp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to serve as a strategic partner for leadership and hiring managers. You will oversee full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and compliance within a federal contractor environment, with occasional travel to events.

This role emphasizes strong sourcing, data-driven decisions, and governing EEO/OFCCP requirements. You will lead recruiting operations, partner with managers to forecast staffing, and manage pipelines for critical roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting federal contracting, professional services, or regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS platforms such as Deltek, Workday, ADP, iCIMS, iSolved or Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting across departments and government contracts.
• Forecast staffing needs with hiring managers and prioritize requisitions.
• Review job descriptions for accuracy and alignment with contract requirements.
• Manage pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles and provide regular status updates.
• Support staffing for new contracts, transitions, and surge hiring initiatives.
• Oversee job postings across platforms and ensure EEO/OFCCP compliance.
• Develop sourcing strategies using boards, networks, referrals, and talent databases.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and source effectiveness; recommend improvements.
• Coordinate interviews, evaluations, selections, and offers.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for HR and executive leadership.
• Lead recruiting staff; set goals and monitor performance.
