Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in leadership/management
• Experience recruiting for nuclear operations or high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred
• Skilled trades recruiting experience with partnerships with trade schools, unions, and training orgs

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of recruiters and staffing coordinators
• Partner with operations, manufacturing, engineering, and project leadership to forecast labor demand
• Design and execute recruiting strategies for high-volume hourly roles across manufacturing, production, and construction
• Lead full-cycle high-volume and professional/technical recruiting for non-exempt roles
• Work with the Workday HRIS system to support recruiting workflows and process improvements
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly recruiting metrics and Labor Scorecard KPIs
• Train hiring managers on interview best practices and compliance requirements
• Manage staffing agency relationships and contractor pipelines
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable laws and company policies
