Olympic Steel, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple divisions and locations.

You will partner with divisional HR Generalists, hiring managers, and leadership to understand staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, and coordinate hiring and onboarding. • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related field.
• Experience with ATS, job boards, and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills across multiple openings.
• Excellent communication and relationships with HR, managers, and leadership.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to company locations and events.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions across all company divisions and locations.
• Partner with divisional HR Generalists, hiring managers, and leadership to understand staffing requirements.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements across internal and external recruiting platforms.
• Proactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates to develop qualified talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and HR.
• Extend employment offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug screenings).
• Coordinate the conversion of temporary/contract employees to regular full-time employment.
• Participate in offsite recruiting events, career fairs, and onsite hiring events.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Ensure recruiting aligns with policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
• Support corporate talent acquisition initiatives and special recruiting projects.
