Job summary

Alpha Omega Integration is seeking a Growth Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Vienna, VA. You will partner with business development and capture teams to identify key personnel, incumbents, and strategic hires needed to win contracts and grow the firm.

The role requires full life cycle recruiting for growth initiatives, with a focus on security clearance roles, and reports to the CHRO. A dynamic, fast-paced environment is expected with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Significant understanding of Security Clearances processes, levels, and requirements.
• Experience working on strategic hiring initiatives.
• Strong Boolean search skills and experience sourcing candidates from LinkedIn and online job boards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior organizational leadership.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and source top talent.
• Strong OFCCP knowledge and discipline.
• Consultative approach toward clients with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide full life cycle talent acquisition support for proposal and pre-award staffing needs in assigned business sector.
• Collaborate with business development and capture teams to qualify staffing needs and set priorities for new pursuits.
• Fill all Key Personnel and Incumbent hiring for proposal submission on assigned contracts.
• Source and recruit strategic hires as needed by the business.
• Identify staffing risks and propose solutions to delivery challenges.
• Maintain tracker with timelines and staffing requirements for active proposals.
• Provide regular status updates to TA Leadership, Capture, and Business Development teams.
• Partner with TA Leadership on project staffing plans.
• Ensure seamless handoff of requisitions during contract award transitions.
• Build and maintain candidate relationships with high-touch, consultative approach.
• Leverage data and reporting to monitor recruitment metrics and improve processes for clearance roles.
• Ensure data integrity of the ATS (emails, feedback, assessments, offer letters, statuses).
