Job summary

Tosoh America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruiting efforts in a competitive market. In this role you will develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, and build a strong talent pipeline to fill critical positions across medical, technical, manufacturing, and production management domains.

You will partner with hiring managers, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and maintain compliance with EEOC/OFCCP guidelines while driving data-driven

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in strategic talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for medical, technical, manufacturing, and production management roles preferred.
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnosis, diversity, and employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to develop and drive recruitment strategies in a competitive market.
• Source, screen, interview, and build a talent pipeline to hire for the business.
• Provide quality candidates for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
